The intended commercial model is a one-time purchase granting a lifetime license, not a subscription. A valid activated Mac keeps normal local dictation without mandatory periodic online refresh.

The proposed v1 policy is two active Macs with self-service transfer and a manual recovery path. Provider outage or product discontinuation must not disable a valid activated installation. Final legal wording, updates, support duration, and future major-version rights still require approval.

Vibe Audio performs local speech recognition, but results may contain errors. Users remain responsible for reviewing text before relying on it.
